It would appear so according to that link. No idea about the other one.

I've just dug out a few old airshow programmes. It would appear the aircraft with the Knight painted on the nose & G-JETT (with the shark) are the same aircraft but operated in the UK by different owners.

During August & September 1972 the aircraft was displayed in Canada & the USA by Ormand Hayden-Baillie. It was then ferried to the UK between 3 and 4 November 1973. In 1974 it came back on the British register as G-OAHB & was painted all black and displayed by Hayden-Baillie as 'THE BLACK KNIGHT'. At this point it seems it was based at Duxford.

Between 1980 & June 1982 the aircraft was dismantled & moved by road to Coventry by Alvair LTD who purchased the Aircraft & re-registered it as G-JETT which is when it got it's Sharks mouth nose art. On 2 August 1982 it gained it's new permit to fly with 'Bob' Thompson at the controls.

Looking at a 1984 airshow programme it appears to have had another colour scheme for that season representing a T-33 operated by the USAF in the early 50's.
