Vickers Wellesley was created by Garth Barnard
The Vickers Wellesley was a British 1930's general-purpose bomber and torpedo aircraft built by Vickers-Armstrongs at Brooklands for the RAF.
It was obsolete by the start of the Second World War for use in Europe, but went on to be used successfully in East Africa and Middle East.
