Got an email from NAAFI today but unfortunately they have no information.
I contacted a serving RAF friend yesterday and hopefully he may be able to get some information.

If I could get access to the Accident Report this may give details regarding the situation on the ground.

Are the accident reports available at Kew? I have only seen a few but the must be hundreds.

I don't know.
There is a PRONI (Public Records Office Northern Ireland) which I may contact, depending on what I hear from my RAF friend.

Currently considering getting something printed in the local press which may be helpful in identifying some of the injured.

I regret that I can offer no help , but I do think that you are doing a great job , trying to get a memorial erected .
I really hope that you are successful in your quest .

I took all these photographs Sunday 18-06-2023 at Bicester Airfield.Looked like the Blenheim need a bit of a Bump-Start to get her going ! ......Actually, just a lot of hands to turn her around. After which she took off with the Mark 1 Spitfire following along...

I am not well versed on the names of planes but i wonder might the plane of meant to be named after Bolingbroke . it seems that the historical character  who like Spitfire and Hotspur would be more fitting/likely

Long ago and far away

I have a mate who was working on the restoration of a Bolingbroke in Montreal, he had been in touch with the group at Duxford and had arranged for me to get a few pictures of a couple of bits they were not sure about....anyway here are some of the images I have managed to relocate
