Looks a bit sad for itself and obviously in the process of being dismantled. I see from the CAA website that its Airworthiness Review Certificate expired in July 2011, which suggests it will be more valuable parted out for spares than it is as a complete aircraft. It also has the nasty non-standard spring undercarriage. A gliding club down south has just reverted an aircraft with a similar undercarriage to the standard configuration of independent legs and damped bungee units.
This one I took in May last year at Llanbedr Airfield it was being used as a Glider tug for for many different gliders from the Seighford Gliding Club Staffordshire,
