Photographs From America.

These photographs were given to me in August 1992. They are copies of my then Bosse's son's Once-In-A-Life-Trip to America. Though where abouts I don't now remember. I tried convincing my mate that I photographed these at the Duxford airshow he didn't go to a couple of weeks before, He belived me for about two seconds, I just couldn't keep a straight face. Anyone got any clues where they may have been taken ??

Don't know where, but I know who... both of these aircraft are owned and operated by the Collings Foundation. I've ridden in the B-17. In fact, my icon is a tiny picture of their B-17 at my local airpark, taken last summer. Here's a link to a photo of yours truly with the ship:

Nice pictures....

Immediate reaction was Midland TX (Confederate Air Force)...but it all looks a bit too green for that place- was pretty dry looking when I went there (August 1995)

I haven't got a clue now who gave/sent me these photographs. Very good though !!

Here are 4 all taken in the early 90s in North America- which airfields? (there are clues in each picture).
