Yes Cottesmore and Coningsby have similar (but not the same) objects.

What you are looking at here (and in your other links) is the RPAR building along side the concrete bases for the older, and now removed, PAR's

PAR = Precision Approach Radar
RPAR = Replacement Precision Approach Radar (in other words the latest version of this radar. Common only to the military)

I'm not sure what we are looking at in the original photo at the top of this thread but it isn't a RPAR/PAR position. It's too close to the runway and taxiway.
