Llanbedr Aircraft Instruments WW2

I spoke to a local chap who,s Father worked on the Airfield during the war as a fitter who passed these items down to him, the chap has no idea what they are although some are self explanatory,although many different Aircraft passed through Llanbedr during the period either on Fighter Defence or using the Ranges either RAF or USSAF, he would like to know which type of Aircraft they may have come of from, which I expect it could be numerous using the same instrument, also the propeller he really keen on finding a type of Aircraft it may of come from.

1. Rate of Climb Indicator (thousands of feet) Will aslo indicate descent rate

2. Turn and Slip Indicator

3. Altimeter

4. Standby Compass

5. Gyro Unit for Gyro Compass?

The gyro was made in 1946 as it says it on the plaque. Looking at some of them I think a few of them are post war.
