This is on the south side of the A45 facing the WW2 /Monarch hangars . The cable is where cable thieves have attatched a cable to strip the core possibly the same people who removed the recently fitted lid to the exit (The hasp is fitted with those relatively new star shaped variant of allen key head sockets)
