Northern Ireland Ranges

I have liitle or no information about the location of the bombing ranges in Northern Ireland. The list below contains all the ones I have come across so far. The main problem is that I have been unable to convert the map/grid references quoted on the wartime documents. Has anyone got any information as to the locations of ranges, either the rough centre,location of any range arrows or quadrant towers and shelters?
Irish grid ref, GB NGR, Lat/long would be helpful. The original documents contain many typos so I apologise for any spelling mistakes.

IncidentallyI have noticed that valid GB NGRs can be generated for Northern Ireland. Do both co-exist or should I use Irish grid only?
