For some reason good photographs of PSP in use are rare. This one was taken in the Far East, recent post war. I can take no credit for this image as it's cribbed from LIFE magazine and posted up recently on Hyperscale.com (a modelling forum) I spend so much time there that I never do any actual modelling.

Things of note:
If you fail to add nose weight to a Tigercat, it won't matter.
Matting was laid on a sub-grade, as it is noticeably level & slightly higher than the scrub to the right.
The dark patches could be vegetation growing on top of a back-filled channel
leading to a concrete lined drainage pit behind the row of aircraft.
Edges weren't dressed, leaving floppy overhangs.
Can you still buy Veroboard? This Paxolin like material was used to board amateur electronics years ago. If you painted it green/rust it was a dead ringer for PSP I'm told.

Took a while to find it - Maplins website has taken lessons from B&Q (search for 'shelf brackets', and you get £5,000 conservatories and £10,000 Fitted Kitchens)
