The lost has been found. RAF Chapel. was created by airfields man
I saw a small article 'The God Squadron' in the Sun newspaper today concerning an RAFchapel.
Apparently this chapel was used by the Dambusters but found being used as a tool store on a Newark industrial estate. Hopefully it will now be re-sited at the Newark Air Museum.

It's a pity Mr Walker doesn't know the difference between a Nissen and a Nissan. Perhaps he should have written:
"It’s incredible to think that some of those who carried out the Dambusters’ mission may actually have driven these" said Mr Morris.

As it was at a haulage yard, perhaps it's a Nissen full of Nissans?

As Scampton was an expansion period station I would have thought that it would have had a permanent church/chapel?
