Airfield Ground Incidents During WWII

I've recently helped erect a memorial to 24 men who were killed in a B-17 bomb loading incident at RAF Ridgewell on 23 June 1943.
As part of my research into the tragedy, I've also been trying to collate information on similar incidents which took place at RAF stations in the UK during WWII.
So far I've established that there were significant bomb loading incidents at Alconbury and Metfield, as well as the huge underground explosion at RAF Fauld. But I'd be interested to know if any others took place. If anyone could point me in the direction of a list I would be very grateful.

I haven't finished checking the 8AF incidents for you yet, but here are some notable RAF ones:

19/6/43: RAF Snaith. Bomb dump explosion, 10 killed
10/4/44: RAF Spilsby. Bomb dump explosion, 10 killed
17/4/45: RAF East Kirkby. Bomb loading accident, 3 killed

The Newton incident:

27 Jul 1940, 150 Sqn Battle I L5528, 8 Killed.
The other one was at Syerston, not Langar, my senility again,
08 Dec 1942, 61 Sqn Lancaster R5864 QR-K. This was where 'Gus' Walker, the Station Commander lost an arm.
Both were bombing up & at the aircraft accidents, and not bomb dump related.
