Just a thought - but is it Feltwell?. The serial number is '11' which might - and I stress might - be Mepal. Most of the IWM photos of this era do not have contemporary captions.

Not Mepal, which had proper enclosed RP1 pits.
Feltwell on the other hand did have these unusual open ones with the turf sloping down.
