Does anyone know what happened to his photograph collection? A couple of pictures in the old Flight Archive of ranges seem to have appeared in later books as part of the PHT Green collection. I dare say they are lost to the aviation world as a publishable resource now.
I have tried contacting the various publications but so far the replies have been zero. Oh well, if at first, second or third, you don't succeed, give up!

I have heard it said, though I might be mistaken, that the photo collection was going to Newark Air Museum (he was a member) but some collector stepped in and bought the lot. Now, I can cope with wherever it ends up, so long as these images see the light of day, sometime, somehow. I've been told of fabulous treasures like HCU and OTU machines, etc. stuff not recorded elsewhere, but maybe I'm just hoping for an Eldorado that doesn't exist. Oh well.
"subject to certain conditions" - that sounds ominous or expensive! If only historically valuable collections were gifted to the Nation. Mind you the "Nation" would probably farm them out to a shareholder based organisation - so same effect!
