MS Combat Flight Simulator 2 - Aleutians Airbases WWII

Hi All!

I find myself a brand new member here. I'm looking for any and all information about the Aleutians Airbases circa 1942-43 during the Japanese Invasion and subsequent US/Canada retaking of the islands.

I'd like to find someone with airbase building experience to get involved with building some of these airbases for a proposed CFS2 campaign.

I'm a member of various flight sim forums but I've come up kind of dry on this area, so here I am. One of my friends found a link to this site and I did manage to find some info and pics here that I wasn't aware of.

Based on the premise that more is better, I'm still in the hunt.

Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Alpha01, you've probably been here already but the main cfs2 forum is on SoH: www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/forumdisplay.php?f=10 may also be worth checking the fs9 and fsx forums as a lot of folks migrated to them.

Hi Pat! Sorry, I've been away so didn't see your post until today. Yes, SOH by all means, of which I'm a member and have since posting here, gotten a couple of members there interested in working on some Aleutians airbases.
