From what I can see, the metal crate that you have modelled was for a Tail Fin Unit without accessories. The wood 'tea chest' containers in bottom right of image 1 and 3, according to the markings, contained a Tail Fin Unit complete with accessories i.e one Nose Fuze, one Tail Fuze plus Arming Wires Assy. The package as a whole would have required storing under explosive regulations due to the explosive contents of the Fuzes. So, a lot of under cover hutting required!

I do like the sensible stencilling on these.
Once the fuzes and arming wires are packed into the crate, all you have to do is mark over the OUT part of WITHOUT and the job's done. :)

Brilliant photographs Paul. The 1943 salvage one is very good the five men blend-in very well as does the blister type hut in the background. In picture No3 could that be an airmans bag on top of a case, bottom left.
