Hi,

Made a general start on my 3d model, not that much to see yet...mostly trying to gauge the correct height.

ohhh...Those are great Paul, thanks for looking. Is there any chance I could have larger copies please if possible, if not those are superb.

Be interesting to see how far off I am in my guess....

Added some detail to the Gas Defence Building, The version I'm building is slightly different to the plan Paul posted in that it has a parapet wall above roof level, where the model I'm doing has a flat concrete roof.

does anyone know what colour the doors and windows would have originally been when new?

Heres how the version from the plan would look, with the parapet wall.

Added in the Water tower, not particularly based on any plan or drawing number, used photos of Middleton St George, Swinderby, Waterbeach and Oakington's water tower to building something that resembles them. Middleton St George and Waterbeach's tower has only 6 legs, Oakington and Swinderby has 8 as in my model.

Spotted the drawing for the water tower this afternoon, but didn't have a chance to photograph it.
