Also good for generic WW2 stuff like SBC's etc. BTW, are there SBC's on display in a museum anywhere? I don't recall seeing any. Under the Hendon Lanc maybe? I haven't visited for decades.

SBC's aren't sexy enough to display :)

A search of the RAFM's Navigator didn't throw one up but there was an incendiary container as Stafford but the item suffix was GAF so was this a German version?

The Lanc at Duxford has a load of 4lb incendiaries at the back end of a train of bomb trolleys under the wing.
Unfortunately they're not loaded into SBCs but are instead in wooden transit crates.

Perhaps they intended to show the rare "stack them in the cabin and tip them down the flare chute individually" method of deployment...

You can see there are many more parts than those illustrated...

Before construction commenced, each white metal part was cleaned up with a file. The cab interior was sprayed with Vallejo Acrylic 74600 White Polyurethane Surface Primer. Windows were glazed with pieces cut from an acetate sheet and fixed.

My only foray into white metal involved the use of the wrong soldering iron! I did read an article in one of the more upmarket railway modelling magazines by a chap who scratch built cabs from plasticard. They looked really good and avoided the foot thick windscreen frames that whitemetal gives and the skinny look of etched brass. Nevertheless it looks as though this kit should look good when finished.
