Coverack Y Station

Mods, please forgive me if this is the incorrect way to refer to an old post of 18 months ago - I have copied and pasted this below.....

Note the earlier TNA records have a slightly different location of X207405 (SW 782 177) HERE . Was it incorrect, or did they relocate the station?

I've put this as a separate entry from the generic Y station thread as it's worthy of further research.

I have a connection to the "interesting area" to which Carnaby refers in his post. It would appear that the site was re-opened post D-Day to observe German traffic and this would, I believe, be the reason why this "area" is away from the original Y Service tower. It was a new build..
