All saints church in Yelvertoft Leicestershire according to a notice in the church was extensively damaged in the explosion resulting from the mid air collision of two bombers from No 6 Group RAF Bomber command on night bomber operations . the pictures are of the notice and of the church which shows no signs of where the repairs were to my untutored eye.
