The Ownership and copyright of a photo is normaly assigned to the original poster of the photo unless it has been identified as being from a third party source.

If the the original poster agrees they will almost always require an acknowledgement, and we would always request that [via the Airfield Research Group] be added with a link if the use was online.
Bear in mind that not all photos on the forum are hosted on the ARG's servers and may be linked from an external source which asserts a license or other copyright restrictions, in which case they would supercede any permission granted here
This simplest way to ask is to use the Quote button at the bottom the post containing the photo(s) and tell us what you are planning, someone will respond
