Hello Just to introduce myself (WILLIAM ARNOLD ) I get about a bit rambling via road disused rail footpath and canal across the Midand counties from Stoke on Trent to Telford Worcester Oxford Northampton Market Harborough Leicester and Burton on Trent and thereabouts .in my perigranations i have often encountered remains of britains military past which make you wonder what or when was that. Without specific expertise in the field of airfields I am able to express an outsiders field of interest and perhaps a wider outlook.
