Greetings. I am new to this forum and trying to find out information on my grandfather's service record. I have some info from NARA on a master index card that simply says BAD#1 AAF 590. Nothing about a particular unit. Is there a way to find out what specific unit he was with besides the NARA. I suspect most of his record was destroyed in the NARA fire of 1973. Any leads would be appreciated. His name was Robert Byron Wells, Service # 15074196.
