Hello everyone,
My name is Aaron Matthews, im 31 years old, born and raised in Gloucestershire and now living in South Wales. My interest in this forum comes from my interest in World War 2. For many years I have been researching Gloucestershire and South Wales during the war. I am sure some of you may be able to help me with some of my ongoing research and I will post in the relevent areas in due course.

Welcome Aaron.
It's good to see interest in WW2 local history from the younger generation.
Gloucestershire and South Wales had many military airfields and also supported a large number of Bolero encampments in the build-up to D-Day consequently there are remains to be found.
Do you have any specific areas of interest, aviation or military?
