Another Forum New be

Hello to all Looking at the Hertfordshire Airfields thread with Leavesden (where i worked as an aircraft paint sprayer ) being very passionate about , worked straight from school at 16 (1977) and stayed with the same company for over 22 years, this would undertake moves to Luton and North Weald and back to Luton in this time, i also have a good photograph collection with many varied types and many at Leavesden and other airfields
Hopefully i will give some reasonable input to the forum threads

In answer to your question no i didn't (but the coffee was 2p a cup !!),you are right with what you say about milk but these were early days in my career so the actual paint spraying came a few years later , most of my working days were made up of paint stripping,sanding,masking etc ,general apprentice preparation all very messy stuff!!!but it tought me a great deal ,also H&S was almost non exsistant:o
