I've returned to the fold!

Good morning all!

Having been a member many moons ago, but attention being diverted by a silly little thing called "work", I've now been retired a few years and need to rekindle my long-held interest in WW2 Airfields and associated topics!

I'm really amazed at the enormous depth and breadth of knowledge displayed regularly by members of this group, and that has deepened my interest even more! Thank you all!

My current "project" is Malta. I've been over there twice before, once by myself in the late 60's, and then about 20 years later with my late wife. A lovely place with very welcoming people! I'm going to put a separate post in the "Southern Europe" Forum, so if anyone has an interest in Malta, I'd be pleased to pick your brains, as I shall be going over there in 5 weeks' time.

Don't think that now you are retired you will have more time on your hands, you will find out that you hadmore spare time when working!
