I have trouble with this one. beta.iwm.org.uk/collections/item/object/205200021
It describes the famous S-sugar at Hunsdon refueling after its 100th op, I do know that it landed there short of fuel, but the bowser seems wrong for Hunsdon, and why the bomb trolley underneath?
The bowser has B/5 on the back at that time Hunsdon was fighter command ? but not B/5 ??
Not the only one. Just tried IBCC and that is not responding either. This is on top of another mass of dead links in my bookmarks. I am beginning to take this personally
I have also decided that it is utterly pointless in crediting websites when they will be long gone by the time I need to.
Edit: Just after I posted about the IBCC website it seems to be working again - phew!

I understand you are p!ssed off, but you should always credit/record the original source, surely, otherwise how will you, or anybody else, be able to assess the veracity of the information
The problem I am referring to is almost entirely photographic as all my information comes from primary sources (TNA, AFHRA, IWM RAFM etc.etc.) which is still readily available. I can no longer trace the original photographers, which is especially galling for photos of buildings that are long gone or unique. I did start getting permissions but realised quite early on that the writing task was going to be a massive challenge.
