This source was posted on the RAF Commands website and having spent a few hours ploughing through it it looks like there could be plenty of use. There are plenty of scans of original documents and some are RAF manuals or log books. There is even a sextant log book!!
Finding things is the main problem but with multiple languages in some of the titles the web translate gets confused.
