I started with this 90's US sheet, (University of Texas in Austin collection). legacy.lib.utexas.edu/maps/onc/txu-pclmaps-oclc-8322829_e_1.jpg

Took me a while to find out what PMP meant....PROVOST MARSHAL AREA (PM) - PROHIBITED.
