The control tower web site is now defunct another victim of the Facebook scourge. It was a case of use it or loose it and in the last year or so footfall had significantly dropped.. the site contents has however been saved.
You can tell a builder from an archaeologist by the size of his trowel. Mine is a small one!

Do people still use facebook? Both my daughters stopped using it on a regular basis as it's T&C's were unpleasant. Maybe it will come back into favour now they have restored the newest post first facility.
I stopped using it when I was moaned at for not "liking" a reply to one of my posts.

I do not and have never used facebook, so I am gutted that the website has gone over to that dreadful platform. I used the site quite frequently and I too had it saved in my favourites and it and a few other sites got me through a lot of long night shifts studying OS maps, identifying an airfield and looking up the tower.
Shame.
