RANAD Publications

RANAD stood for Route Airfields and Navigation Aid Documents. It was equivalent to today's RAF En Route Supplements but was in a larger format (A4-ish) and the airfield diagrams were much larger. I acquired some copy pages for certain airfields a while back but never saw the whole book so cannot say if ranges were included. It is possible that RAFM and/or TNA have copies but these things tend to be binned when replaced nowadays. In earlier days security would have required that they be destroyed, at least in theory.
