I think this is the right section for this - someone put me right if not please. I've a some old 'Aeroplane' mags and I thought maybe a few members might like to see just a few random pages?
Here's a few from a 17th Jan 1941 edition.

If this is of interest, post positively and I'll put a few more years on the thread.
Hi,
I'm just wondering if you still had these old issues. I'm not sure? but i think my grandad might possibly be interested? He's downsizing into a bungalo at the moment, so hes trying to sell his collection of more recent issues. I'm not sure if i will be doing my Gran any favours of informing him of more older more interesting one from his Army/War era.. lol So before i inform him i need to know if you still have them?
Fantastic! I especially like the G.Q. Parasuit, "Exit through an aperture of 12 inches by 18 inches...". If it was a matter of life or death, I think I could possibly squeeze through a cat flap!
Reading through your January 1941 edition, i noticed a paragraph about the formation of The Air Training Corps (formed on the 5th Feburary 1941). That is a really significant piece of historic info you have there.
