9th Air Force Tactical Aviation in the ETO 1942-1945 was created by raptor309

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the above book by Gregory Pons and another with the same name (except its 1943-1945 and has a different cover) also by Gregory Pons?

They both have the same ISBN number ([9782352500773) and the same publication date (2009), so are likely the same book.
All indexes I've seen, bar one, use the 1943-1945 title.

Hmmm, a mix of "1942-1945" and "1943-1943" are turning up now.
The current edition appears to be the "1942-1945" titling, whereas the "1943-1945" seems to be the pre-2009 edition.

Yeah that's what i noticed. It's all a bit confusing. I want to get it as i have the one he's done on the 8th and it's an excellent book but i don't want to get one and discover it's a totally different book!

Hi Guys

Does anyone know where this book is on sale, the title is a bit strange, the 9th USAAF was not located in the ETO until October 1943. thanks Ranger
