During my time in the RAF (30 odd years ago) it was AP 3297.

There is no longer a 'public access' AP for contact, with the move towards paperless systems all directories are retained for email or telephone referral, the easiest way to get hold of what you need is through the RAF website: www.raf.mod.uk/links/contacts.cfm
