I think that it was posted on the forum a couple of years ago because I got it from an AiX source. Some nice aerial pix on there of airfields.

I saw someone selling a copy so checked to see if there was a PDF on their website. Must have another look later, probably like RCAHMS and the PDF downloads are quite hard to find!

RCAHMS have a lot of their older publications available for free download and English Heritage tend to do the same with some of their publications after a time but I know the index to the RCAHMS ones is a pain to find!
It is worth incorporating Amazon Associate links to you book list, always nice to get something back from Amazon!
PS Have you searched CARL for American publications?
