One of the few references I found for this is in the book Britain and Ballistic Missile Defence, 1942-2002 by Jeremy Stocker

Available for around £100, it can also be downloaded free at sobchak.files.wordpress.com/2009/02/brit...issile-1942-2002.pdf

Note that the index in both the book and the pdf is a total disaster and was probably created when the book was in a completely different format. For example the index states 'Orange Poodle' is on page 101; it's actually on page 85. Hence the pdf is a far better bet as it's searchable.

Plan A is always more effective when the problem you are working on understands that Plan B will involve the use of dynamite :twisted:
