Some interesting stuff in that document, e.g.

Under £10m for a Rivet Joint Simulator at Waddington
CATM (Combat Arms Training and Maintenance) Machine Gun range at Feltwell
Cranwell and Leeming - Runway and Lighting refurb
Arrestor system at Northolt (up to £50m)
Army Basing Programme - Hullavington (up to £500m) (Details of ABP moves: www.army.mod.uk/documents/general/20151209_ABP_Unit_Moves.pdf)

Requirement to supply half hourly electricity and gas to MoD sites in Great Britain (up to £1Bn) Wonder if the staff at the MoD sites have a choice in which half hour they will get their supplies.

Plan A is always more effective when the problem you are working on understands that Plan B will involve the use of dynamite

It will be interesting to see the difference between the "final" version and the one they eventually publish
