Is this a landing ground?

Driving home a different way from St Athan today I saw some Nissens, TBs and what look like small hangars.
I don't know how to link Google Earth, but the site appears 0.5 mile east of Bonvilston on the A48, where it meets a minor road at a cross road. The site now appears to be a golf course.
The whole site is about 4.5 miles north of Cardiff airport.

Anyone know it, or is it a non aviation site?

I see what you mean, it's on the left hand side of the road heading north. There also seems to be something on the south road too. I too am unable to provide the link

Thanks chaps, Stevo and Hugos last link are spot on, even pin pointing the buildings I saw.
On Google Earth this area (immediately W of the lane, and N of the A48) appears to be part of the golf course which is seen to the East of the pinpointed area.

I don't have any books on the subject, and I do realise this area dosen't appear as a known airfield. Wondering if Q, radar or other aviation site maybe?
