MQL School - Cliffe Marshes

MQL School - Cliffe Marshes was created by Peter Kirk
Mentioned in the Gravesend ORB in April 1943 was the MQL School at Cliffe Marshes and it was recorded that a new course was passing through each week. It was also visited by a Flight Lieutenant Larkin from K8 Area in the same month.

At first I thought it was a decoy site but as school was mentioned I think it must be something else. Any ideas?

Dobinson refers to MQL as mobile QL site, and K sites as day time airfield decoy sites, haven't seen a reference to K 8
