I will post some background below, KMZ attached, what are these?

- Some kind of tower foundation, not marked on maps. It's close to the ramp area and near the control tower.

Background:
I am looking for more information about the WWII Pici Field at Fortaleza, Brazil. I have below approach chart from a post on WIX forum.
But I'm not sure if it's all that complete, or if I am mistaking something on the ground. Does anyone have more information on this field? Pictures or anything are welcome.
Does this bunker / shelter have a typical USA WWII design? It used to have earth all around it.

I would also appreciate more about Cocorote, the current Fortaleza-Pinto Martins International Airport.

says that the pillars are a mooring point for blimps, but they are not matching the location on the chart and also the bunker is not even mentioned on the chart.
