Another - where is this picture...

Just to add my pennys worth. Upwood did have a tripple span GS shed like this one plus a single-span ARS shed. The doors were alighed east and west. If the photo is taken looking west, the single-span shed would be hidden from view by the tripple shed. If its looking east you would see the single shed and the tech buildings would be behind you (though from that distance in the pic you might be amongst them). There were never any HP sheds at Upwood and the shed towards the right looks like one to me in which case it could be Hawkinge (from memory but needs checking).

Not sure about it being Hawkinge. The hangars were close to the road at Hawkinge and if this is an inter-war photo there would have been at least another set of hangars in view plus the buildings that would have been near the road.

I thought the other building was a hut but now NP has sown the seed I can see it could be an aeroplane shed, or not.

Can that part of the phot be enlarged?

Yes ignore Hawkinge, I have a WW1 (1918) plan of Upwood and there is NOT a HP Shed
