Any ideas what this is

Any ideas what this is was created by ianbache
This structure used to be covered in earth and grassed over,i have had the concrete slab of and it is full of water,it is at the end of the main rwy just away from the loop that aircraft used to turn around ready for take off

Man sized entrance hatch, vent, iron work support and roof. I can't think of anything that fits the bill. Intriguing though.

From your other posts Ian, it's likely to be Llanbedr. North or south end ?

from its construction it looks a bit watertank ish.... but quite what its doing there I don't know unless its for fire fighting purposes or been converted into a shelter and buried???

it is located at the southern end, it has been bugging me for years,it is full of water but cannot tell how deep it goes, best of luck

As you look down on the map from right to left, the building is a B1B centre,the fenced area is where the transformers are,heading back towards the rwy there is what looks like a T,junction,there is a white blob in between 2, the target image is on the left as you walk back from the B1B,towards the rwy,all the best
