US Army General Depot G-47 Westbury seems a likely identification.

lol. Funny that I was just looking at the smaller scale aerial of that very site this afternoon!

I thought it was Eden Vale Camp the old POW camp?

Edit: Stand corrected. The POW camp was further south at ST 863 503.

The modern road layout seems to follow the old railways track bed.
