Without seeing a higher resolution version of the photo, I'd suggest Kings Cliffe.

My first thought was Kings Cliffe as well, the Tower looks about right for there.

It looks very much like Kings Cliffe, here is a image from Control Towers notice the wire marked in red the "which airfield" image looks to have the same wire in the same position, any thoughts ?

The brick wall on the roof is the clue to me only ever seen that at Kingscliffe
