I suspect it is taken at a number of places. Some of it looks like Corsham. Note the date it is 1942.

My feeling is that all the 'explosive' stuff is at Corsham, the rest is in above-ground depots.

The munitions part of it is a given bit the ordinance part is a mystery. I do not believe most of it was filmed in Corsham which was a CAD. but the date of the film was 29/1/42 and so no US involvement. The parts and large items, engines, searchlights etc was filmed elsewhere and it seems the wartime practice was to merge clips from various sites. I do not know if Donnington was in place at this time but that would fit the bill.

Sure, one of the many underground depots (probably Tunnel Quarry) is where the muntions handling scenes were filmed but other scenes were filmed at other locations such as Drakelow and Dudley?
