Anyone know what this Air ministry cart is and date it ? WW2 ? Post war ?

42Y/2: Test Set, Petrol-electric, A.C.

Noted as being used as part of the installation test equipment for Mk.II GEE sets. (See A.P. 2557A Vol. 1)

Mk.II GEE was introduced in early 1943.
