Looks to be from the 1970's

Later than that. When I was detached there in '72, the new terminal building area left of the runways hadn't even been planned.

I can even make out the hotel I stayed in (Meadowvale) during my 4 week detachment; on the shore of the Pool of Virkie just north of the airfield.
