Structure at Ingbirchworth C16(g); SF23(m) ): Leeds

I am familiar with the surviving control bunker at this site, which has been discussed elsewhere. However I could not help but notice this structure on the site, currently in use as a barn. Is it just me that thinks that no farmer on God's earth, let alone in Yorkshire, would spend money on this amount of concrete when there would have been so many cheaper ways of doing it? Thoughts invited as to whether these slabs may have a military origin and have been re-used? Anyone seen anything similar elsewhere?

Concrete railway sleepers?

There are no holes for the bolts that would secure the rail chairs so unlikely to be sleepers (crossties)

Also to big for sleepers.

2nd Try .Silage clamp walls or grain store walls, pity you cant ask the farmer I would be interested in the result.

Yes, I had wondered about silage clamp panels, but posed the question in case there may have been a possible alternative for re-use. Being as no-one has come up with an immediate obvious 'oh yes, they are XYZ' then the more mundane is perhaps likely. If ever the farmer is around when I pass I will ask the question. The current structure is very close to where 'the leakers' (chemical weapons) were disposed of so they may have had a wartime origin. But to date I have found no evidence or indication of any record of a wartime structure or roadway etc there.
