Must of gone past this a million times as a kid on camping trips to the Forest of Dean but only just realised what it might be when I drove past it a few weeks ago.

Is this a Robin Hangar and Romney hut on the Ladygrove Business park on the A4136, just outside Mitcheldean?

There is a WW2 connection in Mitcheldean. The Vantage Point Business Village nearby was latterly a Xerox manufacturing site. Xerox took over a factory after WW2 from British Acoustic Films, who had a lens making facility. BAF were making photo reconnaissance cameras in a building previously the Mitcheldean Brewery, now Cooper security
