they had not started wheeling the drinks round otherwise I could have missed it.

Just thought it a little odd the the flight path came as far north as Thurleigh.


I struggled with that one and had difficulty matching it even when the answer was revealed!

I'm guessing somewhere that has a V bomber dispersal as it looks to be one of the Blue Steel 'ponds' to the side of the taxiway. If it is it's the first time I have seen a complete one.

Its either Wumstorf or Fassberg?

For those of us who don't know - what's a Blue Steel 'pond'. We all know what Blue Steel is (was) but why the 'pond?
